Flank steak using my brisket rub. Zucchini fritters. Weber kettle, vortex'd, for the steaks and Lodge CI for the fritters. 5 grams of carbs per plate. I did have two plates :0 We LOVE chimichurri.

2'ish pounds of fritters grated like cheese. Squeeze the zuchinni in cheese cloth to remove as much moisture as possible. Helps to squeeze, salt, let sit and squeeze again.Looks great, please share the zucchini recipe.
