boneless leg of lamb yield/servings question
Trying to figure out how many servings for a large Easter gathering at the house. We are having lots of sides, plus ham so I am guessing 6 oz (pre-cooked weight, i.e. 6 lb precooked weight will yield 16 servings). Am I in the ballpark?

I would allow 1/2 lb per person that likes Lamb.
Taken at 225grams per adult
