Have not posted I forever due to Photobucket acting silly.... hopefully I can get to posting again.....

That plate looks delicious Paul, I know what you mean about need and want and sometimes a great meal like that is what we want and need.
 
I'm pretty sure Paul had meat, butter and a side of sweet tater lol.

Looks outstanding sir, and with that new steak grilling machine Colton fabricated, Mrs. Sharon is going to be getting lots of steak and canekue or however you spell that sausage! That stuff was off the hook!
 
That sear looks perfect! Hard to beat steak and onions.Sweet Taters are always a welcomed treat.Tastee lookin vittles,brother!:thumb:
 
I absolutely LOVE the color uniform all the way through and seared outside....OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!........btw ..How can someone NOT love shrooms with steak??!!!!!!
 
Looks terrific, I like the idea of Cinnamon on the sweet potatoe, I,m stealing that.
