Default Pretty good deal

This is a great time of year to get corn beef Went to Wegmans and found 4 corn beef briskets with no nitrites/nitrates Should not have to soak to long Put 3 in the freezer and have 1 in the fridge to hopefully make pastrami next weekend They are pretty thick Almost look like points They all range from 3.5 to 3.87 lbs

Soaked one for about 4.5 hrs changing water twice Used thirdeyes recipe for pastrami and put the rub on last night Almost ready to put on the Egg @ 240 using lump and pecan chunks Unfortunately I cant post pics
