That's Brisket, Bacon, and Cheese.

Warmed and chopped some of the flat from the select brisket I did the other night. Pan toasted some nice Sourdough in butter. Fried up some Jimmy Dean bacon. Added some Tillamook Sharp white cheddar and Four Escobar's original sauce.

Just had an idea, and man it was good. DELICIOUS.
