After golf stopped and bought a pound of burger. Opened and it smelled like dog breath. Temped at 55/58*. I live 1/3 of a mile from store. Took it back. At first they didn’t believe me- manager came over and checked case. 47* on their mounted thermometer. Went with brisket point chopped and breakfast sausage for the tacos. Made a mustardy Vidalia onion slaw. Drizzle of hot sauce. I actually prefer burger for tacos. Was not in the cards.
