Not the first time I've smoked these, but first time I had pics to prove it.

I tried out some coffee in the rub, which involved adding some fine ground coffee to my brisket rub. Got a couple of hours of smoke on them and then transferred to a pan over a bed of onion, celery, and carrots with a cup of au jus and a dark beer (Moose Drool by Big Sky brewing). Wasn't sure how this would work for a "pot roast" meal, but it worked great with some potatoes thrown in for the last hour or so.
