Good morning everyone, my name is Ed and I thought it is time to come out of the background and join in the fun. I have become addicted to BBQ way of life and I am trying everything to feed this habit. I started cooking whole hogs with my dad when I was 5yrs old and have been cooking ever since. My focus has become to cook low and slow and collect enough toys to make this happen. Currently, I am cooking on a new Braunfels grill/smoker and Weber 22.5 kettle. I have plans and starting to gather parts and pieces to build an offset cooker this summer.
