Help me decide. I always cook my turkey on my kettle rotisserie but I'm debating on using my Humphrey's to cook it on this year. Or I could use my pellet.

Have a Happy Thanksgiving all.

I don't have direct experience with all your options but I like my pellet grill a lot for chicken/turkey. I'm not a fan of heavy smoke on poultry so the lighter smoke from the pellet grill is a plus - particularly at the higher temps needed to get the skin crisp

All fine choices and never I've cooked turkeys with the said cookers. If I was given a choice like you're giving me

Humphreys!

Ok, I'm a stick burner and also love spinning birds large and small on the kettle rotisserie, but those darn pellet jobs cook foul better than any other kind of cooker IMHO. The convention seals the skin and it's a waterfall of juice when you carve.

Put it on smoke for 2-3 hours then fire it up to 325 or so, it'll rock. Have a great one!
