Default Iron Skillet Comp

I see they have added an "Iron Skillet" competition to the Iowa State BBQ Championship in Marshalltown 6/22-23. Looks like a "Iron Chefy " kinda thing. Draw six names after cooks meeting give em a grill, charcoal, bag o goodies and two hours to come up with something. No fee, and you get to keep the grill. Sounds like fun. Kids Q also.
Information and applications are at..

I may try to do this comp. I don't know if my regular team will be there. If not I may try to do it "Iron Man" style. It sounds like a fun idea.
