Default Steak & Bacon Smash-Burgers on the Blackstone

1 - 2.5lb Tri Tip, 1 pound of bacon and 1 onion.




All ground together in a coarse grind.





Formed into loose balls


On the Blackstone


Smashed


With Sharp Cheddar from the block


Served on a Kaiser roll with butter lettuce, sweet tater fries and onion rings.

I like the idea of blending the baon with the tri-tip. Looks great!! Nice beer choice as well.
