Cleaning and care for Misc. BBQ's
Hello,
I have several different BBQ's of different types. They are all kept outside. Beyond keeping them covered, is there any maintenance that I can do to keep my grills looking and fucntioning well? Also, can anyone advise where I can get replacement wheels for my Weber Performer Deluxe Charcoal Grill? I need to get two of the small swivel wheel assemblies. Cheers! Chris |

I use a wire brush to get the rust off then use Rust-Oleum BBQ high temp spray. Does the trick for me.
Every so often I use a scraper to get the fat out the inside. Then you can do season your grill again with vegetable oil on the inside. Get a raging hot fire to seal the pores. I've heard of others using vegetable oil on the outside but I'd worry about it getting rancid. Hopefully someone with more knowledge can comment
