My planned big meal for the day. Venison 75% chopped brisket point 25%, a custom chili blend we picked up in Canton TX. Will add extra garlic and several chopped fire roasted green chile

Last ingredient. Chopped smoked brisket. The Bride walked over to me with a can of beans. I firmly said no. She said when it gets half she would add beans. I firmly said OK.
