Default Venison Mac N Cheese Bake

Picked up a bunch of ground Venison from the processor last week, so time to get creative..

First I browned the Venison with a couple of cloves of Garlic and half an Onion, then added some spices

Next I layered some Mac N Cheese on top (due to time restrictions, it was the boxed kind) and covered with flattened Biscuits

Then into a 400 degree oven for 15 mins

One last sprinkle of shredded cheese

And served up!

Thanks for looking!!
Hold my beer and watch this.... J.R.

Looks like a good use of ground venison! Did some venison meatloaf on the kettle tonight trying Emeril's Mighty Meaty Meatloaf recipe for the first time and was impressed. Give it a try with some of your venison if you like meatloaf!
