Default Beef tenderloin in cryovac ?

I've got a Beef Tenderloin with a sell by date 1/05/17. How long is it safe to keep in the fridge. Thanks for your replies.

It will be OK, from what I read it will just wet age. The cry-o-vac just keeps the oxygen away, thus keeping it from spoiling.
