Default Hatch Chile weekend cooks

The local grocery store here was roasting Hatch chiles Saturday afternoon, and we love Green Chile so went down and purchased about 9 lbs. of them. I had some brisket point and a lil pulled pork in the freezer just for this occasion so here we go...

Had to do a little QA sample with a tortilla and mozz.

The the Mrs had a great idea of Green Chile, Pepperoni pizza!! This was fantastic.

And yesterday this is the Green Chile stew with hominy a couple potatoes, brisky point and pulled pork

My bowl served up with onion Mexican crema cilantro and a Rebel IPA wash it down with.

Wow Joe, it all looks awesome! Love the pizza idea. I have the goods to make some of that stew, will put it on my menu soon.
Glad to see you found some chiles. I hit the Dillons in Liberal at the wrong time, no roasting going on. I think I have enough on hand though.
