Default Love to do this

This coming weekend I get to spend time with a buddy of mine from Chicago who is also waiting on his Shirley to get done. He is a newbie when it comes to 'Q so, going to do a brisket, pork butt, ribs and some chicken. I enjoy hearing him get excited about the process and how he is already asking questions.. just like I did when I started out. I'm sure we will take some pics and post them to the brethren. I get a lot of satisfaction by having someone trust me to show them how I do my cooks. Getting another person in the brethren is absolutely the best!

I have know Mark for the better part of 10+ years. This guy is methodical in everything he does. LOL He has looked at the Shirley brand for a year and realized that it will last him a lifetime. He has always "cooked out" but this is a huge plunge for him. We should have some fun!
