Default Smoked Meatloaf breakfast

Sliced off a 3/4" end of smoked meatloaf to fit into my Griswold Square egg skillet and fried in butter. Removed and added a giant brown egg and scrambled with the smokey meatloaf bits. Layered and topped with Mateos' Green Chile Salsa. No other season required.
