Default A Hike, Grilled Steak, Grill-roasted Broccoli & a Foil Wrapped Sweet Tater

We went on a nice hike up in the Sierras out to Shealor Lakes (elev 7,800ft), after the hike, I didn't want to get to fancy with dinner, so we stopped on the way home and picked up the necessities for the meal below.

The hike:

Silver Lake in the distance

Up, up we go.

Shealor Lake on other side of ridge

The meat:
Seasoned with Naturiffic Garlicky Lemon Gourmet Salt (nothing else needed)

On the Cue-Grill

Served with a sweet potato that was double wrapped in foil and tossed in the coals and Brocolli that was roasted with lemon juice in foil on the grill.

That view is absolutely breathtaking! ... oh the steak looks good too.

Kind of reminds me of Hurricane Ridge in Washington.
