My version of shrimp po boy

Well I wanted to make DerHusker's atomic shrimp bit the 16/20 was to hard to stuff. So I just made these.

These pics don't do justice to how good this was. My version of shrimp po boy. Added some cheddar cheese, topped with lettuce, jalapeno and a sauce I made of hellmann's, horseradish sauce and some the slap ya mama rub. Burnt some bacon on one side when I went in the house real quick.
