Grabbed some ribeyes and veggies from Sams today. Did a very simply grill on the steak. This is the first time I've done the cauliflower/carrot puree deal and man I will be doing it again :clap2:.
Steaks and veggies getting ready. Did salt/pepper on the steaks and mine had a bunch of chipotle too :becky:. The veggies had the same.

For the puree I put the veggies in the processor along with some sour cream a little butter and some parm cheese :-D. Again this is my new favorite. Might roast some garlic cloves with it next time.
