Just picked up 4 butts (HEB)@ .88lb and a prime brisket at 2.67lb. They were limit 2 but my wife was with me. I will cook tonight and serve the NICU nurses at Memorial Herman Memorial city Saturday lunch.
I plan on starting about 10pm and pulling about 8am with 2 hours in the Igloo. Last time I griddled the buns on my blackstone but this time just delivering meat, buns, sauce.
