Default Tri-Tip on the Jumbo Joe (w/PrOn)

Choice tri-tip for dinner. SPOG to season. KBB/mesquite chunks for fuel. Direct sear and indirect roast at approx 350. Keeping with the theme, just SP on the side dish.

Nice

Did a buffalo tri-tip on the Jumbo Joe months back in my first attempt at reverse searing. Came out great.
