Christmas gifts from the grill

Something about homemade Christmas gifts always seem to me to be more personal than any store bought stuff. Sooo.... I'm giving gifts from the grill this season, starting with a couple pork butts. I'll post more as the day goes.
If secret Santa is looking, a brisket from SRF would be nice...:becky:

That's the quickest I've ever got butts to temp, however, IT 205*, the bone wiggled and they are sitting in a cooler to re-hydrate for an hour before I pull.
Time for some yard bird and a naked fatty to finish off the cook for the day
