Default Spares for Me- Baby Backs for Her

Membranes removed and bone side medium amount of kosher salt and crack black pepper (coarse). Meat side seasoned with Sucklebusters Hog Waller.
Primo running B&B Hickory lump with a couple chunks of mesquite.
