PBC Turkey Hanger....

Here' the pic of a turkey I did on Saturday, the 7th, with my turkey hanger. Did not tie the turkey or fancy it up, it came out great like every thing on the PBC.

What size bird and what was your cook time?

The bird was a little over eleven and a half pounds, temp about 250, cook time about three hours. next one I'll fancy it upa bit with some ties.
