Default Some Spicy Wings

Friday started out with some wings and drums. The one in the pan have some cayenne on the first side and the ones in the ziplock are going to soak in some Walkerswood.

Night two they are sprinkled with some dried bird pepper powder after running the peppers thru a dedicated coffee grinder.

Finally got the food into the smoker. Ended up having to go to work today

Got together a couple of ingredients for glazes.

The pepper wings will get 1/3 parts of Siracha, brown sugar and honey. For the jerk wings the rum will get reduced with some ginger, allspice and brown sugar.
Moved to the Stok to finish up

Then the rain came

Off the grill, jerk on the left and pepper on the right

Plated up with some rice and peas and some homemade slaw

Thanks for looking.

Wings were made for spice and vice versa. You did a super job with both.
