Default pitmaster 110 vs redi check 732

Hey all! I need some help here. I have both the 110 and redi check and they are about 50 degrees different. the 110 says its the higher temp. I called pitmaster and they said the redi check was off. I have used the redi check before I get the 110 and all was good. So which one should be trusted?? Thanks for the help!! I always come here for advice and knowledge!! Thanks

One way to find out is to boil some water and test each one in the water.
