Default Outside Cooking Day!

Today it's smoked boston butt, after grilling some Hatch Chilis all while rendering down some pork belly for cracklins and enjoying a "Not Your Father's Root Beer".

Yeah, I like the color on those peppers and I was also admiring the wall art in the beer pic as well. Squirrels and rats no doubt.

Great cook! And that root beer is really good too. :) if you like that one try the Coney Island root beer. It tastes just like the old A&W, but with a higher ABV.
