Yaba Daba DOO!!!

Last night I had to go to work overnight and do inventory, I went in at 10pm and did not get off after 9 this morning. When I got there to do inventory I saw my crew had not done the things I had asked them so that made more work for me and I kept dropping things and knocking things over from being so tired. All in all it was the night from hell but once I got off work I had to get something for dinner since I remembered I had forgotten to pull something from the freezer. My bad night turned into the golden morning, as I walked into the meat dept I saw the meat wrapper stocking some Dino`s and they actually had meat left on them!!! I love good Dino`s but I can not recall the last time I had them because for many years all the meat dept`s in all the stores around here cut all the meat off them and turned them into basically dog bones. I grabbed 3 of their best racks and fired up the Weber and kept it simple and just seasoned with kosher salt and pepper then my spicy BBQ sauce and served with mini cobs.
