Default Battle Box first cook - PRON

Cooked this a couple weeks ago but never had a chance to post. Great and easy cooker. Almost as easy as my WSM.

Came up to temp (about 250) in about 30 minutes. I used the minion method since that is what I am used to with the WSM. Foiled the water pan and used it dry, no sand, just empty.

Thanks for looking.

Can you tell any taste difference between using the BB and WSM?

That's a beautiful thing! I too cook on my deck and have wondered about the weight of the battle box or the distance to the deck being an issue. You proved to me that's no issue! That's definitely on my lust list.
