Default seafood smothered redfish, tuna, meatloaf, pulled pork aka weekend eats.....

i saw that claw crabmeat went down to $13.99/lb, so i couldn't pass that up. i grabbed some fresh redfish and some peeled shrimp and made a quick dish. the oldest son wanted some tuna, so we did that too.....

saturday i went to winn dixie and they had two beautiful butts on sale for $1.69/lb, so i just had to grab those, despite making some mini loaves of meat.

i was tempted to buy the pig head, but i'd have been the only one to eat it.....

the ice in the glass, just to chill it.......

thanks for looking!

Awesome cook. I especially love that seared Ahi. Your oldest son had a fine request and you cooked it to perfection!
