I made one a couple years ago. Here's a link to one of the threads. I used an over/under and if you follow the thread down there is a link to the stuff I used to make it into a curing chamber. works great. Have fun.

I am in the middle of putting one together based on Sam3's wine cooler curing chamber.
Have had unbelievable obstacles tripping me up (personal) or it would have been build months ago. :tsk::-D

I opted for a freezer so with a temp controller so I can use the freezer as a freezer or refriderator as well as a drying cabnet. You can get all plug-n-play components too.

Go to wally world and get an ultrasonic humidifier, reason for ultrasonic is that it has no PITA filter to change.

Mine is basically the same set up as the infamous Richard as far as the electronics go. I recently upgraded to a full size fridge and it was nice just moving the box with all the electronics from one spot to another and being done with it.
I have not taken a pic, but on the big fridge, I cut a hole and put a dryer vent flap on it with a computer fan behind hit. Been working great for air circulation and keeping the humidity down where I want it.
