Today the second cook on the uds
A small ham

About 650 grams pre brined

Just Some fresh pepper and on the drum at 230 F
When inner temp hit 115 checked and it looked a little pale so crankt the Heat to 356 until inner temp was 160 let it rest for 10 mins and attack alsow added some patatos in foil in the last 60 mins
Served with a tomato salad
Verry good food loving the bbq ways already
