Amazing smoker UDS

Suggest the A Mazin Tube and light it in the middle

My brother-in-law has a uds and he used my rectangular to cold smoke some salt and some cheese. Make sure the pellets are burning for a few minutes before you set the maze in the uds. He lit the pellets, then laid it in the empty charcoal basket. He left all the vents wide open and all was fine. Keep it above the air flow (intakes) and slightly crack the lid if you have to. The idea is to keep the air moving, not to lock the smoke inside.
