We're cooking food for friends and family. Have fun with it!!!!
 
I agree, have fun with it.
I can hardly wait for morning and to get all smoky smelling.
 
forcast is 12 degree high. My plan of attack is pop a coors about 10:30, finish by 11, if I'm ahead of schedule, pop another. Start fire by 11ish. Get a steady temp by 12ish. (did I mention pop another coors during this time?) put bird on sometime b4 1. Probably have a couple more while its on, eat anywhere between 3:30 & 6. NO WORRIES!!. Happy Thanksgiving.
 
Deep frying a 12 pound bird. My wife is out for a visit, I work 6 hours from home, So I get to spend thanksgiving with family.

This will be the first thanksgiving where I don't have to work in 15 years. So it is an especially special one for me
