Pulled Pork Stromboli: DAY 1

I decided to try something new this week... I have had pulled pork pizza, pulled pork egg rolls, pulled pork ravioli, pulled pork po boys, pulled pork on top of pulled pork, and the list goes on! I have never seen a pulled pork stromboli and never heard of one, everyone I tell about it gets pretty excited to see it or try it. Today I smoked a decent size butt for the main ingredient. I stuck with my normal recipe because if it ain't broke don't fix it! Rubbed that butt with some mustard and my "go to" BBQ rub which is paprika based (onion powder, garlic salt, black pepper, celery salt, kosher salt, chili powder, mustard powder, and some sugar). Put that sucker in the pit over some oak and let it go at around 250 degrees F for 8 to 9 hours, the internal temp was 200 when she came out. Now it is wrapped and sitting on the counter waiting to be pulled. 8 to 9 hours of drinking beers with the fellas (ladies stayed inside), throwing the ball to my pup, keeping an eye on the cooker, and blasting some Black Crows has me exhausted.
