somebody shut me the fark up.
Having a little get together at the bar tonight. Someone else was assigned the grilling duties, so I figured I'd bring some appetizers. Had some Hawaiian style Pulled Pork in the freezer, so decided to make some pig shots with the pulled pork in the filling. Pork, pork, and more pork...
Made up the shot glasses by wrapping half a piece of bacon around a slice of sausage. A tray of shots and all the filling ingredients shown here. Check the date on the package.
Mixed the filling together. Tasted good, but the pork made it a little dirtier looking than last time I made these without it.
Made up two trays worth. I could have done two levels on the smoker, but I didn't want the grease from one dripping on the other. So this is on the smoker with a chunk of Cherry wood...
And this is on the gasser with a couple smoke bombs (foil wrapped wood chips) with slivers of Cherry wood.
Prettied up a little...
Almost made a meal out of them.
