I made dinner tonight and used Shagdog's jalapeño Lime shrimp and Bourbon Scallops recipes. This was great! Thanks Shagdog!
Funny part was sending the wife to the seafood store and told her to get some scallops, they were $25.99/lb. Glad we operate out of separate checkbooks.

Pretty busy with this fast cook on the performer. Used a grill pan for the shrimp, made it easy, but didn't get any grill marks. Loved the scallops.
No hotdog on my plate.
