Pork shoulder cook HnF?

I've cooked pork shoulder LnS several time and had a good out come. How about HnF? I have a 8.5 lb pork shoulder planning on being ready by 4:00 p.m. Tomorrow. Considering HnF so I can wake up and put it on in the morning instead of waking up in the middle of the night. What do you guys the suggest?

I do them hot and fast. Turns out great.

I'm in the same boat. Plan to light it at 7 and on at 8 around 325 and I need mine off and ready by 5pm to eat.

I just don't want to wake up at 2 am. Be nice to sleep in a little! Haha. Any noticeable difference between HnF and LnS

I used to fret about LnS but I go HnF now. Haven't noticed a difference in taste and I certainly enjoy my sleep.

If I wanted to have it ready by 4:00 pm to eat and possibly have an hour or so rest time so be fully done 3:00 pm what temp should I cook at to expect those times hopefully....haha.
