Monday morning Brisket(pic Heavy)

This is my 1st Packer, 11lb choice, 1st try on the UDS, so here we go.

Seasoned with seasoned salt, black pepper, and a seasoning blend from
Costco

Started about 20 brickettes added to a bed of Mesquite lump, and a
couple of Hickory chunks.

I'm aiming for about 250* or so.

Now the hard part. (waiting) Thanks for looking

Actually, I need to re-work it with heavier springs. I have to walk around it and check them when I make adjustments.

This is about the 5th or 6th cook on it.
