Anyone heard if Smoke Over Veishea in Ames, IA is happening this year? I emailed the contact from last year a few weeks ago and didn't hear back. I know we' re still a couple months out. Just thought I'd ask.

I was told it is NOT happening. I dont know a reason why but have heard a few different stories. What is happening instead is that Ron and Dena Milhous are putting on a KCBS sanctioned back to back(2 contests fri-sat and sat-sun) in Boone, Iowa just outside of Ames April 25-27.http://www.iowabbqchampionship.com/
