After hearing that Plowboys opened up their restaurant, I made it a point to get out there to see how good it was. Holy Shinola!! Now I don't get ribs often due to cost and general lackluster taste at most places. I've got a friend that has been invited to the American Royal and never had ribs that good...and thought no way could you get ribs that good in a restaurant. Plowboys delivered! Good lord that was good! Their pulled pork is top notch as well. Pit beans were really good and sweet potato fries were good as well. I did get their sampler combo which came with brisket. I wasn't feeling that as much. Wife got the burnt ends...they were good, but not stellar like their pork. Not sure if the beef doesn't store as well as pork.
Definitely going back for their ribs and pulled pork. Best ribs I've had in a restaurant.
