Are there any details about this event? The Facebook page really promotes the event, but doesn't explain it in any detail. Since pork is out, what meats are being cooked?

The teams will be smoking Brisket (full packer cut), Beef ribs, Chicken thighs and Chili. The website will be live with all the detail shortly. Thanks for your interest in our event.
