Just got my 30 gallon UDS together (have a separate thread for that) and BBQ'd my first meal on it: Spatchcock Chicken. (This is my first UDS I've made or used.)
Best chicken I've BBQ'd to date. (I've bbq'd it on my mini wsm, hasty bake, and weber kettle before this.)
I am IN LOVE with this UDS now. I think I'm gonna sell off the other three as this can do it all (smoke, grill, bake, rotisserie, and pbc-like cooking).
This photo doesn't do it that much justice because it was quick and dirty (on my iphone) vs. my dslr.
