Buisness class
Ok guys a little help on a business class how do you determine the price of a plate serving at an imaginary business serving brisket, ribs, pull pork sausage, chicken and coleslaw, potatoes salad, baked beans.

Ballpark you do cost(this is everything, meat, rub, fuel used to smoke ect) x3. The x3 will/should cover your overheads as well your "cost". This will get you in the ballpark then its tweaking

Theres other factors that will vary your quote but each job is different. Your serving 5 meats and 3 sides. You should be easily $20 pp if not a lil higher.
