Default beef and taters

wife took out a beef roast to grill up - with it being a week night and me getting home later than expected I cooked it a little hotter than I would have liked



had to have something to settle the dust



a spy among us



first attempt at hasselbacks



looking pretty good



all done



and plated up with some honey roasted red potatoes, corn and bread



it wasn't the best beef I've ever cooked but it wasn't a bad meal
