I know its not BBQ, but i thought id share my new cookware. Im sure there will be future Pron to come along.

I just picked this nice clay/terracotta pot, which as you can see is hand made in Italy. I wish the website wasn't only in Italian so i can read up on they're product, i have no idea how hot i can get this pot. Anyways id like to hear from you all as to what you would whip out using this pot, or if you do have one, what have you cooked?, im thinking some slow cooked stew, maybe lamb, but i have no idea.

I have a terracotta (unglazed) I use for whole chicken.

With your glazed pot, I would say you have many more options.

The world of cooking is at your fingertips with that thing.

Nice terrecotte pot. I like the color.

I would ove to have one of those for a bean or soup pot ,among its o=edless other uses.

Any good bean recipe? I was thinking chopped bacon, Beans, onion garlic and such
