Tailgating Ideas

OK. I have cooked fatties every way from Sunday, Served so many moink balls my eyes are crossed

I cook brisket, sausage, chicken every Sunday so I am looking for some good app ideas. Whatcha guys got? Any ideas for todays tailgate?

Bacon wrapped mushrooms are good. ABT's are always a hit. Try using a little Smokey sausage inside.

Not a smoked item but I served up some Mountain Oysters at one of our tailgates this year and it was EPIC! Just fried them in a fish fryer... But now the guys want them every game...
