Default Cleaning out the freezer-Double Smoked Ham

I found this puppy that I bought on sale at Easter.

I dont think I have ever seen a thread on a double smoked ham, so here one is.

It was very easy to do, since the ham is already cooked just give it some smoke and heat (I went about 250) for a few hours and apply glaze.

Just another idea for the smoker

Yep, double smoke a ham a few times a year they are awesome.

Do a search on the forum and you'll find a bunch of really good cooks and glazes.

Double smoked ham is the bomb. So is the ham and bean soup you can make with the leftovers.
